 When my husband and I went to buy our first home we were also right in the middle of planning our wedding so things were hectic and we really didn’t have much time for home shopping. The Rains Team were truly such a blessing for us--they gave us such individualized attention and thought of things that we needed before we did. We were also able to give them a list of things that we had to have and things that we didn’t want in a home and they “pre-shopped” the area we wanted for us before we went looking because they knew our time was valuable to us. Matt and Anne are so professional and they truly care about their clients, I believe that they have values that are difficult to find in people these days. If someone is looking for individualized, honest, caring, and efficient service then there is no other way to go than the Rains Team. They worked so hard for us so that we could get the house that we wanted while our time and energy was concentrated on planning our wedding. Thanks to them I guess we got our cake and ate it too. I am extremely grateful for them and consider them friends. Anyone that uses them will feel the same way.

 As a first time homebuyer, I was unsure about a lot of the process that went into looking for a home. The method of narrowing down choices really made me realize what it was that I was looking for in a first home.
